What are your RE's thoughts? Do they feel they can get your body to perform better next time? I see you have Decreased reserve. You have to decide that given time, money, emotional investment...could you do better? If so, I would try again. If this is your ovaries best effort and you do have diminished reserve, take the shot. Every try takes away from your egg basket, so you don't really want to waste this. You could convert to an IUI if you decide not to go forward w/ IVF, but it sounds like IVF is your only hope. I think if I were in your boat, I'd go for it.

GO FOR IT!!!! That's THREE..Three perfect chances for your miracle baby! Our lose friends also have DOR...and went thru IVF only to get TWO follies. One stuck... and she is not a happy 18 month old baby.

DO not WASTE this cycle...takeadvantage of it...... The expense, the emotions....these three follies could make it ALL worthwhile!

Don't even contemplate it.....DO IT!

Amy - During my last cycle in July I ended up with only two mature follicles. They recommended I switch to an IUI - even though my husband has poor morphology. We gave it a shot and ended up negative.
