Sure, this time around, I did 6 weeks of OCP's followed by Follistim 225 twice a day and low dose HCG.  In the past, I have used lower doses of follistim/menopur with no suppression and had a dominant follicle - this was a bad cycle.  All the same size is excellent.  Last time I did long lupron which seemed to give me lower quality eggs.  The only other different things I did this cycle was a lap the month before which took care of silent stage 2 endo and some small polyps and I took DHEA for about 2 months before.

As to exercise, I think walking on a treadmill is fine.  I haven't really been doing much, more because I have been lazy and stressed, less because I think it would cause a problem.  I think a little bit of light exercise would probably be good for your mental health!

AFM - still no more spotting, thank god.  Will go for my first beta today around 3:30.  Took another test this morning and it is the darkest yet.  I really hope this little bean sticks!!!

Tess - Congrats on the awesome beta!  I'm so happy for you.  KUP on beta #2.

Caryn - I'm sorry you have to deal with the progesterone suppositories but it's probably better than having to do PIO shots right?  KUP on how your transfer goes.  Have you been doing accupuncture all along or are you just doing it on transfer day?

AFM - I have a killer headache today.  I'm wondering if it's from the increased stims or because I didn't have any caffeine today.  I had already cut down to one caf. beverage per day, and today wnet without completely.  I hope it's a side effect of them meds that means they are working.  I have been feeling a little bit of activity around my ovaries today and some increased cm.  We''ll see on Weds if it means anything or not.

Tess ~ What a great beta!!! According to beta base, http://betabase.info/showBasicChart.php?type=Single, it's really high. You've got a strong little bean in there. Look forward to hearing about your beta on Wednesday!

Christina ~ Sorry for the headaches! With all these hormones rushing around plus a lack of caffeine who knows what it's actually from.

ifnloney ~ Congratulations on a great 2nd beta!!! How are you feeling?

Taressa ~ Sorry for the BFN! I hope you have a 2nd line sneaking up on you this week.

AFM (Caryn) ~ Started the Medrol today and have a bad headache but nothing that can't be handled. I'm excited that I've only got 2 Lupron shots left =) Come on Friday!!!

Jamie!! Thank you!! How are you doing? February and that first cycle feel like a million years ago.

Ifnlonely - I was wondering where you were!! Great beta!! I will be thinking of you on Monday. First US is so exciting!

Taressa- thinking of you

Christina - do you have another check today? Even if they're still small, don't panic...I really did not have a single follicle over 10 until day 8. I was totally freaking out that they would cancel me but, obviously, it all worked out!

Caryn- hope that headache is better (you too Christina!). I had the strangest visual migraine aura when I took lupron and I don't even get headaches...so weird.

AFM- waiting for my second beta. Took another dollar tree test this morning and it was much darker so I'm feeling pretty positive. I used to despise Hpts and now I have them all lined up and smile every time I look at them. So crazy. I wish there was some magical test that could tell you your baby was healthy at this point. I've been having bad thoughts about what could happen but am trying to push them away and just live in the moment. Darn infertility!!!!

It's been kind of quite here...how is everyone?!?!

Tess ~ When is your 2nd beta? Those lines getting darker has to be a great sign. Nothing like a nice 2nd line to make you appreciate HPTs =) I think it's normal to think of all things that could go wrong. It's amazing how the wait to get pregnant turns into a wait for a beta, turns into a wait for the u/s, turns into a weight for the 20 week anatomy u/s, etc, etc. It always seems like you're waiting, and worrying, about something. And that doesn't stop once their born either. Sigh. Worth every single terrifying second though...promise =)

Christina ~ Look forward to hearing about your check today!!!

AFM (Caryn) ~ Take my last Lupron shot tonight, very excited about that. The Medrol is still giving me some headaches but I'm taking Tylenol a couple times a day and it's knocking the edge off. In 48 hrs I'll be leaving to drive to the RE's for transfer *WOO-HOO*

Hey Tess, I've been pretty good. I will be 31 weeks as of tomorrow. So far so good. Sometimes it still is hard for me to believe that we will be welcoming a new baby in just a few weeks after trying for so long. I was so glad to hear your good news! I look forward to seeing what your next beta will be. Your first was a good high number! Keep us posted I will be following as always. I miss everyone from the boards!

To all: good luck with everything and love seeing how everyone is progressing!
