Starting our IVF w/ICSI Journey

I am 35 and my DH is 39. We have been TC for 10 years. We have finally decided we were in the right time in our lives to try IVF. Our insurance will not pay for anything so it is all on us. We have 2 adopted children. I go Monday for ovarian function testing. Any advice for me being it is our first time.
