Hi all, by beta is back to 0 now and was just wondering how long you had to wait before next try. My RE's office said something about 2 or 3 periods before trying?

Til then I'll try to lose a few lbs and stay healthy. What else can I do.
Me 34 DH 50 Sept 2007 failed VR November 2008 2nd failed VR April 2009 failed TESA 4% motility with none to use after freeze. DH massive infection post-op two rounds of antibiotics. Set for first IVF cycle with fresh TESA and Donor back-up; ER July 13

Hi Shel -

Good to see you back in the game. My RE is the same - 2-3 cycles. They want to make sure they get all the meds/hormones out of your system before they start loading you back up with them! I think you have a great plan of using that time to get healthy and ramp up for your next cycle. Here's hoping that this will be it for you girl! I've got all my crossables crossed for you!!!!

After my chemical I was cycling again in their next group (which would have been about 2 months). Focusing on positive changes is the way to go, if nothing else it gives your mind something to obsess about other than a cycle. As much as a chemical sucks, it does show that you have cleared multiple IVF hurdles- my next cycle was successful.

I think mine says 2-3 cycles too. Focusing on your health sounds like a great idea. I know the waiting is so, so hard. Hope you can find some fun things to do to keep your mind off the wait.
