The Wait After IVF

A woman is documenting her experiences with IVF at the NY Times. She talks about the wait after the transfer in the following article:
I feel a twinge on my right side. Am I pregnant, or is it just gas? Two weeks of thinking about whether the embryo inside of me has implanted is driving me crazy.
I spent the two days after the transfer on modified bed rest. While most doctors are divided on the subject of what to do in the 24 to 48 hours it takes an embryo to burrow itself in a woman’s uterus – some arguing for strict bed rest, others arguing for resuming a regular routine as soon as possible to allow blood flow to the uterus – my in vitro fertilization clinic advised the middle ground. I was to “take it easy” and “relax.”
Two days of distracting myself was about all I could take, watching comedies, eating pineapple core (the bromelain is intended to aid in implantation), and thinking happy thoughts.
How do you distract yourself while you are waiting to test?
