My last cycle was almost 4 years ago, so i have forgotten some stuff.

I did it twice a week for 8 weeks before I started stims, twice a week during stims and then before and after ET. Nothing during the wait. Hope that helps!

Typically, the acupunturists prefer that you start 3 months before the procedure to make sure that your body is in balance. But most acupuncturists will start you whenever you go. I go once a week. When stims start, twice a week for two weeks to get those eggies growing. Then right before and right after the transfer. Good luck!
