Hello! that's what I thought... that maybe they wouldn't be as painful this time around -- but -- they were painful! I just had them done again yesterday and my doctor found a fibroid blocking my fallopian tube! I have to go back now to have it removed... she tried, but it was too painful and she is bringing me back in to remove it. She said she can't do the embryo transfer with that fibroid in my uterus since it may interfere with implantation...
So upset I have to go back again - this time under anesthesia... I hope it is all worth it in the end!
The good thing is, she isn't going interupt my cycle... she said she can do the surgery even when I start my Lupron injections... so, thankfully, I won't have to wait another month...
So I am out for April... I guess I didn't realize the process for DE - thought you would just go in, get on BCP and jump into it. We have to go through a psychological evaluation (as does the donor) and then once we are cleared, we are put on the waiting list to be matched to a donor based on my phycial traits and our requirements. This could take anywhere from two to three months... So I'll be sitting on the bench for a few months, but will be here cheering you ladies on! Can't wait to see some BFP's coming soon!!!
Hi everyone!!!!!!!!!! I am in for April. Looks like quite a few of my feb cycle buddies are too. I see there are some new comers as well. I wish you all tons of baby dust and beginners luck of course.
I will be doing a medicated FET cycle this time. I start lupron on the 22nd of this month then at some point I will add estrogen patches and PIO. I have never done a medicated FET before so this will be new. I think the transfer will be late April or early May.
Ann- sorry you are out for April. best wishes for your DE cycle. I will be looking for updates from you but ultimately your BFP post!
