You asked about food/drink to avoid and I had some info I wanted to share. My RE puts all of his patients on a special diet. A huge portion of the patient population has developed insuling resistance and this contributes to things like PCOS. Also, the insulin surges due to diet can actually beat up your eggs, leaving their quality compromised. The short story is that you should stay away from carbohydrates. There are 2 phases to the diet, the one that I am to stay on until a positive test is VERY restrictive, but I have dropped a ton of weight, feel great, and sleep like a baby. The second phase is easier to work with and allows back certains grains and fruits. It's actually quite easy. I've gotten more creative with cooking and have been turning out some awesome stuff. Hi all!! I am super happy to report that I am cycling this month. It seemed like it was going to take FOREVER to get here. It seems like there are different types of cycles going on. I'm on an antagonist protocol.

I also am supposed to be doing an antagonist protocol (I've done micro flare lupron in the past).
