I'm going to have to do some adjusting.

I'm doing good on the f & v's but it is adding to my calorie intake. I was getting pretty good at eating 1500-1800 calories without even really having to track it. I wasn't eating many f & v's before and that is adding about 300 calories. (I guess I have my pregnancy diet figured out)
All I have to do is switch my high carb snacks to f & v snacks and it would probably even out but I love my carbs, (cereal bars, granola bars, oatmeal to go). Morgan loves them too and she needs them because she is a big girl but not overweight. If I don't feed her filling snacks she is hungry like every 15 min. She eats more like 6 mini meals a day. If I did not keep these foods around I would go bonkers with mom I'm hungry, mom I'm hungry, mom I'm hungry.
I think the switch will be very good for my metabolism and if I cut out the carb snacks I should actually lower my calorie count by replacing them with veggies. I think I'm going to have to quit cold turkey because I have trouble having just one low-fat granola bar (only 90 calories, I might as well have 2, is what I think).
Tomorrow begins a new start for me. No cereal bars, granola bars, or oatmeal bars. Yikes, I hope I can do it. I'm expecting a gain on Monday. (The snow days didn't help.) Tomorrow I'll be at the in-laws but I might jump on their treadmill. I'll feel like such a dork though.
