My appointment today was pretty routine, he palpated my uterus checked for tenderness and sent me to the lab for blood and urine. I asked about my u/s and he said that if I wasnt having pain the risk if ectopic was very low and he would order an u/s for the next month or so, so that is good. He said that the fertility clinic is really behind on referrals so he won't cancel just yet, but only when they contact again. All in all he said to treat it as a normal pg and I was reassured.

Yay for being treated like a normal pg lady! :) How are you feeling? Is the morning sickness getting better or worse? I hope that he does order that u/s for next month! Keep us posted on the lab results!

Thanks Angie! I am feeling good, the morning sickness is better, not as bad or as often which is good, though I kind of didn't mind the reminder that I was pg, ya know? I was without internet yesterday but still haven't heard about my labs so "no news is good news" they say. I was glad that he said everything was normal and I didn't need to worry, I would just like to fast forward four weeks so I can hear the heartbeat. I guess I am just nervous because last year my step SIL had a missed miscarriage and didn't find out till 12 weeks at her first u/sthat it had happened. She was able to conceive again a few months later, but it just isn't that easy for us, KWIM?

I know what you mean! You don't want to be sick, but you want to have that constant confirmation. No news is good news sounds good to me! I hope the next month goes quickly for you! I can't wait to hear all about that appt!
