Anyone trying to stay motivated and exercise? I know I am and I really am bad about staying consistent. I need someone to be accountable to! Anyone want to join me in posting how they are doing with eating healthy and exercising?

Today was not a good eating day! But that is okay, there is always tomorrow. I did manage to get in a 30 minute walk today with DH and the kids! So I am feeling much better now! It was so nice to get a little fresh air!

How did you do today?

OOPS! I just posted something about this to you. I'm in.

So far this week:
Monday: 3 mile walk at 15 minute mile pace
Tuesday: Slower walk - probably 1.5 miles with dog
Wednesday: I am about to get on the treadmill (currently waiting on a phone call). Hope I can do a couple of miles.

Come on Angie. You can do it. You will feel SO much better and your body will really thank you for it.

Here is an image for you: I read in one of my fertility books about exercise being good for fertility (but not over-exercise or too intense exercise). Anyhow - picture a pond of water that is not moving. The water is stinky, cloudy and stagnant. Now picture a stream of moving water - the water is clean and clear. The same goes for our bodies!

Okay, if I don't get that phone call in 5 minutes, I'm getting on the treadmill.... Aim

Go Aimee! You are doing awesome this week! I hope you get that phone call and get in a few miles! That is an amazing analogy and so true! We are going to take back our bodies and our fertility!!! Yay!!!

I did 3 miles in 45 minutes on the treadmill Wednesday evening. Yesterday, I just did not feel well at all. AF is coming which makes me tired and hungry. I didn't completely fall off the wagon, but gave myself a bit of a break. Today, after DD goes to Kgarten, I plan to jog.

Angie - have you gone to the Prevention.com site and seen the Weight Loss Simulator? It is really cool and motivational!

I took the day off yesterday too. We all seem to have some kind of virus and AF is on her way for me too! Thanks for the tip about the site. I am going to check that out today!
