Isn't it crazy how you can second guess everything... especially when you have other babies that were conceived more easily???

I am on Cycle 4 now... but the first couple were post IUD removal throwaway cycles where things just had to get on track, but wow if this isn't different than conceiving my other 3 kids overnight!!

I hope you find what's right! I think you are fine with the coffee intake, and the preseed can't hurt, so go for it!!

I'm taking a few supplements to fight a slight increase in blood sugar that my last physical showed... it wasn't a big deal at the time, until I started TTC and realized the blood sugar could be linked to PCOS... GREAT!

I'm early in my cycle too... hope we can go through this together and get some BFPs!!!

Well we conceived dd during a week long drunken stupor in Mexico. Can't quite repeat that this time around! Maybe I can add a couple of margaritas in during the week & reminisce!

Ive been advised to try green tea so I'm gonna give that a go. I tried mucinex last month but it didn't do a thing but I've used robitussin before & found it helped so ill try that instead this month.

Seems like it's a lot of trial & error. Plus there's so many individual variations so what works for 1 might not help another. So frustrating!! Plus some stuff can take a while to have any effect & make a difference. Ugh, patience, who has time for that!

Welcome! :)

Having a cup of coffee in the morning is not that big of a deal. I conceived all my children with a cup of coffee in the morning. If you were having 9 cups of day, you might want to cut back. :)

I take Prenatals every morning and have been since trying to conceive. I also take a baby aspirin because it can improve your uterus lining which helps with implantation and can double the egg count each month in some women. But check with your Dr before trying.

Green Tea (2 cups) in decaffinated or caffinated can help increase your CM. I started doing this, this month and my CM was always watery the entire month. Not every woman will experience EWCM, I know I don't on occasion, but that doesn't mean you can't get pregnant. As long as you have creamy or watery CM, you can still get pregnant. But trying preseed during your fertile week can make up for your lack of CM.

Drs. tell most women to cut back on their excercising during TTC. You can still work out, but don't go hard core.

It can take a normal woman anywhere from 6 months to a year to conceive. Out of every cycle, you still only have 25% of getting pregnant. So don't stress, it'll happen. :) Good Luck!

Everyone receives the reply when you post. :) And no worries, no secrets here, we're all a little crazy when it comes to TTC! ;)

A year does seem like forever! I remember in my 20s being surprised when I was pregnant. Now, I'm into my 30s and it seems to be taking forever and really taking a toll on the romance in the bedroom. I have never used a FSH home test so I'm not really sure how accurate they are or not. That might be a good post on this board in the question section to see what the response is, if you haven't done that already. Even if your body is struggling or isn't producing a egg during every cycle, it's still entirely possible to get pregnant, may just be a little harder. Have you talked to your Dr?

Good Luck with the robitussin and green tea. I didn't find any luck with the robitussin but the Green Tea seemed to help me and I like it. :) Even DH has a cup of Green Tea with me each day. LOL I usually only use the Preseed a couple times during my fertile window like when I get a positive on my OPK. I go pee right before bed anyway, so when I'm in there, I'll use it than RUN to bed! LOL As long as you start BDing within 15 minutes, you're good. :)

GOOD LUCK
