Hey all. I got a bfp twice last week and on Tuesday. I started bleeding on thursday. Went to the doctor who told me I was having a miscarriage I was only 4 weeks. So I started m/c a day after AF was due. So my question is. Should I count this ad Af. Or will I have to wAit for AF again what about ovulation.

Thank you so much for the encouragement. Yes i talked to the doctor and she said to go ahead and try for next month. Hope my cycle doesn't get all messed up. I will start using the OPK's in a few days just so that i don't miss it.

hi there, i am so very sorry for your loss. :( the exact same thing happened to me on halloween. i miscarried at 4 weeks as well (1-2 days after AF was due), and my doc told me to count my first day of flow as CD1. because my hcg levels were so low (they were at 8 on the day before i started to bleed), she said that i could safely begin trying again right away. well, two weeks later, we conceived again! i got my bfp on thanksgiving. they say that right after a miscarriage (especially if it's an early m/c), your body is sort of prepped for pregnancy and can be extra fertile for the next 3 months. that was certainly true for me, as i ovulated on CD16 this last cycle when normally (for the last 13+ months), i would ovulate on CD29 at the earliest. so the m/c seems to have jumpstarted things a bit in my case. i know that having a miscarriage is so very painful, and when something like this happens, pregnancy can seem so far away (it did for me, at least). so i just wanted to give you a bit of hope, and know that you CAN get pregnant again, very soon. hang in there, and whatever you do, don't lose hope. you are in my thoughts. :)
