I know it sounds wierd to be happy about it, but OMGoodness that cycle was horrid!! AF finally started this weekend, and I'm glad to finally know an answer and know that I can move on.

I would count Friday as your CD1. I always start with a very light barely there AF and than get heavy has time goes on. Just my opinion. But with you armed the way you are and BDing like it's going out of style, you shouldn't have anything to worry about! ;)
Thanks! That's what I was thinking.
I used to count the first day of spotting but noticed on fertility friend that they count the first light day as day one. So you can have spotting, light, medium, heavy. So spotting doesn't count as the start. That's what they say. But I'm really not sure.
