So I'm new on this board me and DH jus started ttc a couple months ago I got a bfp this past sunday got 6 bfp's and then got 2 neg at the doc and got my blood test, doctor thinks its a chemical pregnancy. We've been wanting a baby for about a year but just started ds is 3, I've jus been really bummed I believe a baby is a baby no matter if its just a egg. So I've been sittin here just hoping the doctor was wrong and monday when he calls he will say the test was positive and the hcg levels will be right even though I'm pretty sure I know what I will hear. Is anyone else going through this or went through this that can give some advise

I hope that everything turns out ok. I had a chemical a few months back...got several bfp's over the course of a week, then started bleeding, a couple days after started bleeding I got neg tests. never went for a blood test. I am really hoping you will get positive news, but if you don't it helped me to remember the positives...my body still remembered how to get preggo and you got preggo in only a couple months so hopefully it'll happen quickly again, and w/chemical pregnancies they are so early on that your homone levels go back to normal w/in a couple days usu so you can continue to TTC w/out waiting. Hang in there, I know TTC can be a rollercoaster at times. Hoping for the best.

But thanks alot and sorry you had to go through this to I know its not as bad as a m/c I've had one of those but I still feel the same as I did then

Yeah, chemical pregnancies are really common, I might have just thought I had a late period if we hadn't been trying. I had the chemical in jan/Feb and just had another m/c at 9 weeks preg a few weeks ago.....they both sucked, so I understand you feeling bummed...to me a m/c is a m/c no matter how far along you are, emotionally it's the same. For me, I felt somewhat better after the chemical knowing I could keep trying right away.

Sorry you had to go through that so close together I can't imagine I have had a m/c and it was horrible and painful and not to mention very depressing I'm going to try to stay positive and hopefully we can all get a sticky bean
