After a loooong day yesterday, we came to the conclusion that I most likely have a tubal pregnancy.

I'm very sorry that you are going through this right now. I hope the first shot works and another one is not needed. I have not had the ectopic experience or the shot but have had a few losses and then having to wait

I totally understand Laurie! I felt the same way- it's hard for other people to understand what it is like, even those who have suffered a miscarriage.


I know a dr in my practice made me go to the emergency room when they saw how high my numbers went up on day 4 and they did a repeat u/s and the mass had shrunk so they left it up to me, which I of course chose to not have a second shot. It worked out in the end. I didn't start bleeding until day 6 when the numbers started to come down.
