Hello, I don't post here much right now, the whole thing just got too overwhelming for me.

Congrats on the 14 pounds you have lost!! Now this is just my $o.o2, but I doubt that 3 pounds would be a deal breaker for you in light of all of the things that you have been complying with and the weight you have already lost. I think the doc will be pleased with what you have done (or at least should be). Keep trying to lose that three pounds but not in an obsessive, non-healthy way. That could have a neg affect on your fertility. Keep doing what you are doing if it is working. Good luck!

I am a lifetime member of weight watchers and bounce back and forth between all their plans.

I know that when I do the core plan for a week (after doing other stuff or not dieting for a while) I usually lose 4 lbs in that first week. The core plan tapers of to a more normal (1-2 lbs/week) after that. When I am feeling like I'm in a rough spot weight wise, I will sort of detox using the core plan. I always feel a MILLION times better and that initial jump on the weight loss really helps motivate me. Plus it's safter than other "quick fix" plans that are out there.

Obviously the downside to WW is that it costs $ to go to the meetings and get the stuff. I am not a leader or WW advisor so I wouldn't say I could tell you exactly what to do. WW does have a really good online plan if going

I suggest low carbs...that's what I'm doing right now...I'm eating 5 meals a day with protein and good fats...avocado, olive oil, fish oil, almonds and I lost more than 5 pounds in 2 weeks. And I'm never hungry!! I feel great actually. I started back at the gym doing mostly weight training but you can do what you want exercise-wise. Let me know if you want more details...

First I want to say CONGRATS for loosing the 14 pounds.

I am having a hard time losing weight and want to say way to go and proud that you lost weight. I would think in a week that you could loose the 3 pounds.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
