Welcome Anne! I'm a regular short cycler too (20-25 days) & a regular pre-af spotter too so I hear where you're coming from in that respect. I've had mixed results with the opk's too & have determined my lh surge is really short so if I don't test 2x a day I'd miss it. I think because I ovulate so soon after af that my body doesn't have time to buildup lh but thats just a guess. I didn't get a positive opk this cycle but know I O'd because I confirmed it with temping.

Hopefully the fertilaid & pre seed will do the trick to get your bfp this month! I'm crossing my fingers you get your bfp before you get a dr's appt :)
