Welcome Karen! I defiantly know how it feels to see everyone in your family "fall" pregnant when you are trying. There are lots of "fertile myrtles" in my family lol!

I have PCOS as well but it wasnt diagnosed till I conceived ! I had acne all my life and was always treated for it by dermatologists. To keep acne in contrrol, I used to keep a good check on my diet and exercise a lot. In hindsight, I was treating PCOS w/o being aware of it ! So yes, diet and exercise do help PCOS. Now I am on metformin and pill to regulate.

It would have been an entirely different story had I not been able to conceive in the first place but I suffered a lot for my uncontrolled acne. One loss, one win!

Thanks thats good to know! I also had terrible acne in high school and an extra layer of fat around my middle that woudln't go away no matter what I did.
