I will turn 33 on Monday and have been ttc#1 for about 6 months (not all months were well-timed, but at least 3-4 were).

Welcome! You've come to the right place. Lots of support here. There are a few other ladies with short L phases that might be able to give you some pointers. I was worried about posting here too at first because I thought that meant I was obsessed but for me it's just nice to have people to talk to about it since we haven't told anyone about TTC.

Hope your time here is short and you can announce your BFP soon!

Happy Birthday!! I'm glad you've made the leap from a lurker to a poster. This is my first time on a message board or anything & I'm so glad I joined. These ladies are great & definitely making my ttc journey much more interesting!! It's great to know there's other ladies going through the same situation & it's great to bounce ideas off of each other or just have someone to vent to :)

We started ttc back in January but I have short cycles (avg 22) & a short lp (10-11) so I went to the dr to discuss it & had bloodwork done to rule anything out & a pap too. It's nice to have the peace of mind that everything is "normal". Personally, I didn't want to "waste" any time *if* something was wrong & needed to be fixed. I wouldn't worry about appearing neurotic - consider it being proactive instead :)

Hi Tess, I'm glad you made an introduction! It's easy to say not to worry, but if there is an issue it's better to figure that out sooner rather than later. There are things you can do for a short luteal phase, such as B6 and Vitex. You'll get lots of advice on it if you ask :)
