In any case, you can NOT go by your cervix to determain pregnancy. It is the most unreliable source. It changes at different times in early pregnancy, as does it throughout your pregnancy. The only reliable time to check your cervix is after AF to determain ovulation. Once you ovulate, it can no longer be used as a tool. As far as the spotting goes. It could be a number of things. It could absolutely have been an odd period for the month...It could also mean that you have a cyst or something that needs to be checked...You don't have a period while pregnant but you could be spotting for reasons that need to be checked if you are pregnant. Best advice is to take an HPT with FMU. If it is negative, you need to go to the Dr. and have some tests done. If it is a cyst, you need to do what needs to be done to take care of that, if anything, if you're pregnant, you need to start that prenatal care, and if you're just missing a period because of an annovulatory cycle, at least you know what you're facing. It happens from time to time for reasons unknown. Good Luck but this is definitely not the worst board ever!
Nope, I'm not a *leader* so if that makes my words irrelevant then so be it. Trust me -you're not alone.
