It takes everyone a different amount of time to get back to normal. When I had a miscarriage in 2003, I wasn't TTC then and I still was destroyed. For me it took understanding miscarriages to start to heal. I still am sad about it today when I think about it, especially after actually TTC for 2.5 yrs now, but I have managed to get back.
There is a lot of support available on this board. Unfortunately you'll find a lot of women who have had similar circumstances, and they may have words of wisdom to help you in your journey.
