So me and my spouse decided we would begin with the attempts of trying to conceive. My LMP was March 3 2011 it lasted for six days... the normal amount. Based on what I've been reading as far as calculating ur ovulation, we decided I woul ovu the week of March 14t. On the 15th I felt cramping on the lower left side of my stoamch and had a headache. With that we began having intercourse on the 14 til the 18th. Only once a day. So now its the 22nd and I feel like I'm playing the waiting game. Only thing I feel so far with planning to be prego is... I don't want to be disappointed or stress myself about it.

I have never had it just happen lol.. We are trying the approach of not planning or really Trying we are just not Preventing anymore. I think if you know your body well enough if you can go without the OPK's and all that stuff. But if you don't really know when you Ovulate or anything like that it is good to get a base line I think anyway so you know around when you Ovulate. I know my body it is like clock work lol. My Cycles are always 28 days long and I Can feel myself Ovulate lol. But just knowing around the day when I normally Ovulate will help with timing. Do you know when you Ovulate? If not it might not be a bad idea to do OPK's for a couple months so you know right around when you do Ovulate so you can make sure the babydancing is during the right time. But if you know when you Ovulate then I would say take it easy for the first while and just babydance your heart out around Ovulate lol.. Good luck to you hope you get that BFP soon!!

I started to notice the cramping on one side the week of the 14th. I don't know they exact date. The calender method says the 17th, but I don't want to really use the calender. I want to fully learn my body. What all should I look for next month. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this month attempt but it was the first try.
