Hi Tracey!! I'm glad you found us!! These boards can be such a great fun place, and ridiculously helpful to get you through the ups and downs of any part of life... and trying to conceive is no exception to that ;)

I hope you are enjoying married life and living in the states!! Sounds like you are on quite the adventure!

As far as conceiving goes, I PERSONALLY would get in to speak to a doctor as soon as possible. Considering your age and previous situations, I would want to check everything out and make sure my chances of conceiving were the best they could be!! There could be an easy solution to get you pregnant in no time!!

It's funny... I'm the opposite of you... I'm American, my husband is from Scotland, and I would LOVE to move over THERE!! lol!!

Good luck!! Hope to see you around lots :)

Welcome to the board! Glad you found us, this is a great place for support and girl talk. I too just made a big move, but it was just accross the US. I am 2000 miles away from "home" and working on getting some friends here. Even if you have actual GF's nearby to chat with everyone here on this board is going through the same thing, the emotional roller coaster of TTC.

Hi....sorry i don't know your name. Thank you for your advice. I've just made an appointment with a local fertility clinic after doing some research on line and finding that my DH medical Insurance will cover some of the initial testing. I think you're absolutely right about finding out what's what. I thought i'd get a head start too by testing my FSH myself...but am just counting the days till i get to see the reproductive Endocrinologist on the 24th March - i kinda figure it gives us one last try on our own as i hopefully should ovulate about a week before the appointment, so i'm going to do OPK as well. I'm excited and hopeful. I'm looking forward to finding out what advice they will have with regards a way forward. When i had my m/c the Ob/Gyn that looked after me was absolutely brilliant. I moved a week after i had my D&C but she phoned to see if i was ok and about a month later even sent me a text just to check on me. I spoke with her about future pregnancies and she advised me to seek help just to save time....i wish i could have her as my doctor now!

You must be so delighted to find yourself pg naturally.....i can empathize with you not knowing if it is ectopic or not...i know it's a worrying time. After experiencing an ectopic, when i got pg the 2nd time i was terrified of it happening again and losing my one remaining tube.
