That's great, I took soy this cycle and I took 80mg x 5days and I O'd on cd14 ! I took them cd5-9 so I O'd 5 days after I stopped taking it. I had taken 160mg the previous cycle but I didn't O so maybe it was too much for me. I am just really excited to have O'd this early and would definately reccommend it. Good luck on catching those eggies !

I have seen a couple ppl talk about taking them. So if each capsule is 750mg how many do you take? Clomid didn't work for me, but we are done with drs. I did 3 rounds of clomid all ended in BFN's and I did 2 rounds of follistim 1st one was overstimmed, and I POAS tomorrow, but am sure its another BFN. Would these even help me, if clomid didnt?? Our insurance doesn't pay anythng and we are about tapped in the dishing out $$$ to RE's w/o any BFP as a result!!

I would go to Walmart if there is one by you and pick up a bottle of just soy isoflavones. It was like $6 i think and they are 40mg pills. There is a
