5dpo with creamy CM....

I know, I know -- those who read my previous post about me looking for every little symptom will be laughing at me, but today I had creamy, yellowish CM. It's not an infection (I'd know) and I never have this after ovulation (I've been charting CM for nine months).

Now, the very, very slight abdominal cramps and the lower back pain (both on and off for two days) are probably just my imagination. But the CM was not.

I remember someone else posting something about "DPO" CM -- is it, or is it not a possible sign?

(P.S. I promise not to obsess this much next cycle...if this isn't the one! LOL!)

According to TCOYF, there is a second smaller surge of estrogen after ovulation which occasionally causes a day or two of creamy CM. If often coincides with a temporary drop in temperatures. I get this, too.
