I looked up so info last night about how many people get pregnant after how many months and blah, blah, blah...

I found a site that said without intervention 80% of couples get pregnant in the first 6 months and 90% of couples get pregnant within the first 12 months.

It is my understanding (from my OB and various sights (I had annovulation issues)) that most couples don't receive the intervention those statistics are based on until after they have been actively TTC for 12 months without acheiving pregnancy.

So, that would change the numbers from 6 and 12 months to actually more like 18 mos to 24 mos.

lilmcd- most stats I have seen have the percentage much lower than 80%.
