If you wake up at a different time than when you normally temp, do you adjust it or just use the temp at the time you woke? Several times this cycle my youngest has gotten up at 4 am and needed my, so I took my temp then rather than at my usual 5:15. I've been using an online adjuster that adds .1 degree for every 30 min. But it seems to me like a quarter of a degree is a lot for an hour and 15 min. of extra sleep, doesn't it? So I'm wondering if I should go back and use the actual temps I got. It doesn't change things a lot, but it would mean
