Hey girls!

Any advice of supplements to take to improve the chances for a sticky bean?
After my chemical I´m so worried...

What should I take to prevent it from happening? Any thoughts?
Should I take a break, can I move on, I´m afraid and confused...

Have you seen a doctor? Wasn't this your second m/c? Or am I confused ...?

I would talk to a doctor, maybe get bloodwork as soon as you're pregnant to check your progesterone level. That's such an easy test and an easy fix, if it is the problem, but SO important and impossible to sustain a pregnancy without it.

Other than that ... I assume you take prenatals with folic acid ... there's really nothing else that I know of. :( I miss you on the June board, Lua. I'm praying for a sticky bean for you!

Hey Lua,

I am sure you know that a women's chances of having a chemical pregnancy are actually very high, and happen to a lot of women without them even knowing. Today's early pregnancy tests are not always a good thing :(

I don't think there are any supplements that will help with keeping a bean sticky, sadly, but in England women are greatly encouraged to make sure they take prenatal vitamins that contain Folic Acid. Folic Acid has been proven to dramatically reduce the chance of any fetal spinal tube deformities, which are a high cause of miscarriage.

So I would say if you don't already have some, go out and grab some....and eat plenty of fortified breads and cereals, and lots of green leafy veggies which have Folic Acid in them naturally.

Hope this helps.....good luck and lots and lots of baby dust!

I am soo excited because life has not been as stressful as last month and me and DH have had lots of time to BD!! (obviously...its marked on my chart like every day) My cycle is officially normal. And I saw lots of EWCM this month soo i HOPE that these things all work in my favor. For the next 2 weeks I am going to try and relax and think positive thoughts!
