I have not Oed and it has been 60 days since my last period. Yes, 60 days! I was thinking my cycles would even out since the pill but it dosn't look like it's happening, or at least not this month. So, I have an appt for my annual in two weeks but I have been trying to research other methods of inducing ovulation.
Well, I came across Lunaconception when searching and for anyone who isn't familiar, it's the idea that light controls when we ovulate. Basically for most of the month you are supposed to sleep in complete dark. Complete meaning you can't see your hand in front of your face 15 min. after turning the lights out. Then for three or four days around O you sleep w/ some lights on and then you O. Well, I haven't quite figured out how to do this quite yet. So I was wondering if anyone one here has ever tried it or heard anything, has any ideas. I can't get my room all dark, I don't have money for the expensive shutters that seal out all light so I was thinking about a eye mask. Then for the light part, I'm not sure how I'd manage to sleep with a light on without driving myself and dh crazy. I'm not sure what kind or how much light it is supposed to be, I'm wondering if I could just get rid of the mask and open my blinds. Okay, so what does anyone think? I may try this out pretty soon. Anyone else having problems with late O or have any ideas about LunaConception?
