I only have one ovary and tube due a cyst when I was younger.
my left ovary is covered in scar tissue & the tube is useless. So practically speaking i only have the right hand side. It also has some scar tissue but it has a somewhat normal chance of making a baby someday.
Fertility wise, i guess it is like having 1/2 the chance of a "normal" woman since each month your egg comes from the opposite side. At least with me it hurts when i O from the bad side, so i know when i am O'ing on the "good" side as well.
