Well, you have to think about all of those people that exercise all of the time. I have a cousin that taught 4 aerobic classes a day. She got pregnant while doing so.

The lady that just won one of the major marathons, she ran one after her baby was 8 or 9 months old. She ran before and after she got pregnant.

You are able to do anything you want while the two week wait is going on. (I mean physically wise)

If the egg is going to implant, it's going to implant.

If you never do any activity at all, then maybe I wouldn't go for a jog around the block, but light housework or picking up your other children or anything won't make a difference.

I do not change my routine at all, exertion wise. i watch what i eat, but i dont worry about getting extra rest, etc. when i am PG, the only thing i do is not lift more than 25 lbs, (except my kids, but for some reason that is different, LOL) and even that is not a concern until a few weeks in. Sos anyway, i act like i am PG in the 2ww. no drinking or lifting, but pretty much just what i usually do. GL!

I never thought about the heavy lifting until I started to show. Otherwise, I did everything else the same way I always had. I don't think it would hurt to avoid some of the heavier stuff, like if you take a kickboxing class, but there's no need to change your every day routine, I don't think. Have fun - babydust!
