artificial lubricant and fertility

Hello,
Just dropping in for a bit of advice. I’m also cross-posting to a couple of other boards so please excuse the duplication.
My fiancé and I are going to start trying for a pregnancy soon, and I’m starting my last pack of pills day after tomorrow (YAY!) The pill causes me to lubricate a good bit more than is natural for me during sex, so much so that we have almost never used artificial lube in the whole time I’ve been on it. But when I go off, I will probably dry up some (based on my past experience, anyway), so we will need to use lube regularly, especially during the interval when we go back to using condoms prior to actively trying to conceive.
My question is if there is any information available on the effect, if any, of artificial lube on his sperm, i.e. could it reduce our chances of conception? Are there particular brands that have less effect than others? I would appreciate any help on this. Thank you!!

Ok, studies show that most aritficial lubricants are not good for sperm.
However, I got my BFP using lube and/or spit.
The ones they say to really really avoid are any KY products.
The good ones are pre-seed and something else sort of like it.
I think unless your fiance had a sperm quality issue, that using a little lube won't really hurt matters.

Hi, Heather,
I also endorse Preseed (though I haven't gotten my BFP yet).
