Ok. I realized my BCP cycle ranged between 28 and 30 days, 30 being more common. So my whole O day is off. I've taken the OPK tests and nothing, nada. I may not O this month due to my getting off the BCP's on the 26th of July.

So I bought the Basal Therm. today I've figured that out.

How on earth do I test my CM? Do I put my hand to myself? Do I check my panties? What? :D I'm a bit confused. Ugh. This fertility thing is very tricky isn't it.

Hi,

I searched a bit for this link here on TTC board (I remember that someone mentioned this site):

http://www.sisterzeus.com/mucOb.htm

I think that all you want to know is there.

There is also a good article on how to check your CP (cervix position).

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

GL.

i'd check out Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. It has alot of good stuff in it about charting temps and CM.

FF ( Fertility Friend ) has a great handbook filled with great detail about this subject. Maybe that could help you out too along with the info others posted for you. Here's a link to it. Print it out if you like. I did so I can refer to it whenever I need to and don't have to be on the computer to do it. GL to you and HTH!!!!

Hi,

Here is one more link I think is useful. Similar to the other ones posted, but one can never have too many references when TTC.

If you look on the lefthand side you will see "Fertility Indicators".

Good Luck..

I know that everyone does it different, but what I do is just wipe down there with toilet paper every time I go to the bathroom. Anything that is raised up on the toilet paper is considered CM. Most of the time after a bowel movement too it is more noticeable.
