Just a quick question...

How long after someone O's can they expect PG symptoms to start? I know it varies greatly from woman to woman, but on the average....

thanks..

Cathy,

Well it looks like you Oed on cd 21 with a temp increase on cd 22!

I would say pg symptoms give or take for the "average" woman being pg would be about 7-10 dpo in my opinion. A few ladies here have had them around this time and showed a bfp testing on about 10-12 dpo! I would say no less than this time since there wouldn't be enough time for implantation to occur yet.

HTH.

Cathy,

I really don't think there is an "average" hun. I guess for some it is 1DPO while others can be up to three weeks late (AF) and it did not even cross their minds they were! I think the "norm" (probably not average but what is in books and stuff) is right after implementation and that usally happens from 6 to 12 days after O (some women it is the day AF is due or even the day after).

Tons of baby dust your way.

I am also hoping this is my month! :)

No symptoms will be able to occur until implantation because your body will not detect the little bean until then, when HCG is produced. So it would make sense since implantation occurs around 7-10 dpo, that the earliest would probably be about a week after o, however some women never notice any symptoms, while others swear they feel them immediately.

HTH!

Thanks Lynn, it's nice to know that someone is on the same page as me. I think it's "almost" impossible to have pg symptoms at 1 dpo, I mean the egg has not even implanted yet, in my opinion, there is no way! I think that some ladies may get these pg symptoms as IPS. I think wanting to be pg so bad will have you thinking about it more and cause "what seems to be" real pg signs when it is just way too early to tell.

Hi Cathy,

My pg symptoms started to be very noticeable at 9DPO. Hope that helps and I sprinkle you with 4wk 3day baby dust!
