Awesome HSG!

Hi all,

I just wanted to let you know that I had the dreaded HSG test today and it was awesome! I kept hearing stories of enormous pain going into it, so I was terrified. The actual procedure lasted three minutes at the most, and it was uncomfortable, though not painful. It felt like miscarriage cramps or early labor pains (tmi). Now, two hours post HSG, I have no cramps and just a bit of spotting.

I just wanted to share my positive experience and put some good HSG stories out there!

Oh yeah, and my tubes are all clear! Yay!

Thanks guys. I just hope that women who are about to have an HSG will relax a bit. They aren't all awful!

Thanks for posting this!

The very least you can do in your life is to figure out what you hope for. And the most you can do is live inside that hope. Not admire it from a distance but live right in it, under its roof.
