I asked this same question yesterday but didn't get a response...this is what I've read online about it:
A new study, which was conducted by following the history of over 1000 women, has indicated that women who suffer unexplained late recurrent miscarriages may actually benefit from a daily, low dose aspirin (75mg tablet). The birth rate in this group was 65% compared with 49% in the women who did not take aspirin.
