Ok so let me just start by saying that my husband and I are very picky, we've been through a 100,000 baby name book and I've been looking online at websites for the past 2 years and we still have yet to agree or find a perfect girl name. We've picked out our boy name no problem. But for the girl it's more complicated.. let me just start by saying I don't mean to offend anyone.. lets start by saying what we want and don't want.

Lisette, Merrideth, Alma, and Amelie (also spelled Amalie ... it's french and pronounced "Ah-muh-lee")

And there's MY name, which is totally fabulous, lol Camille! :)

LOL, thanks! I actually agree with your husband though, I'm not a fan of nicknames. My cousin's name is Camille and they call her Cammie (she's in Texas and I'm in Florida ... I don't think we've ever met so it's not an issue having the same name. I just happen to know her nickname.)

my DD's are Eden and Helayna

but I love the names Addison (although that is very trendy right now), Anika (like Monica), Gemma, Emmy

if we get lucky enough to have a girl together, I love the name Emalee Machelle (even though it's very normal)

I really like the name Ainsley.. but my husband hates it and someone else told me it's also a mans's name, although I've never heard of that... I was also thinking I really like Jezabelle.. but I wouldn't like people to call her just "jeza" and I wouldnt want her teased for it sounding somewhat like "jizz" lol... I don't know.... I kind of like Aubrielle too.. but nothing is standing out to me...my husband is set on the name Kiersten (keer-sten) which I hate, not unique or anything special about it.. sigh who knows... at least we have a lot of time... thanks again everyone for all the brainstorming!

Just some idea on what we were going to name our girl...if we had one. We are expecting a boy.
