I have been trying to get into the feel of taking my BBT but because i work 2 nights a week from midnight to 8 am i get throwen off tract what can i do to stay on tract and when would be a good time to take my temp on those to nights or mornings?

I'm not sure, but I probably would either skip my temps those days or take it but not enter it into the chart.

I would chart anyway, still taking your temp after your longest sleep, regardless of the time.

You just should note it on your chart so it might explain any increase/decrease.

I work all sorts of shifts and still manage to detect ovulation ok, of course i still use OpKs and detect CM. I find that my temp is always 0.2c (or 0.1F) higher than usual after working nights but its no problem, just need to be careful when you work nights and are due to ovulate at same time, may need to adjust your temps 0.1 degree or so.
