BBT adjustments for irregular risers?

Good morning everyone. I read somewhere once (can't find it now of course) that you are to adjust your temperature by .1 degree for every half an hour earlier or later you arrise in the morning. For example, if you normally get up at 7 a.m. but one day you get up at 6:30, you should adjust that temperature by .1 degree up or down. Now, my question is, has anyone heard of this? And, if so, do you adjust it up for late rising and down for early rising or visa versa? If someone knows the link, that would be great too.
Also, my third day of temps after ovulation went below coverline. Does that mean anything? I got up about 45 minutes earlier than I usually do and went to bed about 45 minutes later. That's the reason for the question above.
This is my first month of charting and still trying to get the hang of it.

I've also read that you adjust your temps for early/late rising, I just had to do it this morning. The general rule of thumb that I have learned is that you add .1 degrees for every half hour that you wake up early. You subtract .1 degrees for every half hour that you wake up late. For example I usually temp at 6:30am, this morning I temped at 7:00, when I took my temp it was 98.4 so I changed it to 98.3. I hope this makes sense for you.
Unfortunately I can't remember where I read it either. Maybe it was in TCOYF? I'm sure that someone else will be able to give you the "source" :-), it's been a long time since I've read that book!
Have a great weekend and good luck, I hope you see your bfp soon!
