If you sleep 4 hours and wake up in the middle of the night will your BBT be alot different then if you slept a full normal night and if so what difference, would your BBT be lower at 4 hours then at 8? Or higher at 4 hours then at 8?

Ive been feeling so tired but i go to sleep for 4 hours and i wake up on my own, i dont know whats wrong. Im curious about how it affects BBT does it make it have a higher reading or lower?

My temp after 4 hours of sleep was 98.8 which threw me off because thats so HIGH so i lowered it to 98.7 (i know thats not much*blush) but im not sure how accurate that is if at all..

I actually find that if I wake up earlier my temp is lower than it should be, it's when I sleep in late that it rises.

Thanks for responding. I just got paranoid that not getting enough sleep would make my temperature higher but i did at least sleep 4 hours, i dont know hwats wrong, feeling tired, and waking up after only a few hours!
