BFP after BFN at 12DPO

I tested today at lunch and it was negative with Answer 5 Days sooner. Am I out for this month or should I wait to test on Saturday when AF arrives?

The decrease in temp today isn't a great sign, but you never know. You could wait and see if AF shows up on Saturday, maybe wait until Sunday to test again?
