Can someone explain soy to me please?

The studies on its effectiveness with TTC are mixed, if you have too high of a soy intake it can hurt fertility, but others say that it can mimic fertility meds like Clomid. If you are going to try it, I would suggest you do so in moderation like anything other nutrient.
