Can you get 2 ++ opks?

Ok - still waiting for the O fairy, but should be shortly if I haven't already.
Just did my afternoon opk and it was positive. Well, just to be sure I grabbed the last 2 days to check and make sure it was positive today. Well, one of the days (not sure which one) was EXTRA positive. Today's was as dark as the reference line, but the one from either yesterday or the day before (I'm really think day before) was darker than the reference line. The only reason I am questioning it now is that I reread the directions and they said to read it after 5 minutes - I've only been waiting the 3 minutes (like an HPT). And I had to get the directions out to determine which one was the actual reference line (orientation-wise based on the thumb grip). Just wanted to explain how the blonde factor might have figured into this!!! Yes - blonde and proud of it! Bring on all the jokes - I can take it!
So, is it possible to get 2 positive in one cycle? Which one would truly be considered my O date now? Has anyone used an opk after O - what was the result?
THANKS!
Melinda

SO! I guess I O'ed then when I took it the next day I had already and it was over (or lighter). I hope that helps. I don't believe you can O twice in one cycle even though I know two eggs can be released at the same time - twins!
GL and I'm there with you - sunny :)
