Your cervix moves up and down. It can be harder or softer, open or closed. It changes throughout your cycle. You can feel it yourself. Use your longest finger, and try leaning a little forward on the toilet, or even squatting in the shower. When your finger hits a surface, like the "dead end" of a street, that's the cervix. If you have a low cervix, it would be even easier to feel.
I'm just guessing here, but I think low cervix wouldn't be a problem. The sperm would have less distance to travel. If your cervix was extremely low, it could cause pain during sex because there would be less room. As long as you can do the deed, I can't imagine it being a problem. Ask you doctor though, you never know.
By the way, I was really confused about the cervix thing until I googled it and looked at pictures. I kept reading things about it feeling like the tip of a nose, or a tiny donut, and it just didn't make sense to me. I finally looked at some pictures and understood. Lol, I also deleted my search history because I didn't want my hubby to think I have some crazy fetish. Even now, I understand what it is, but I can't really tell if it's open or closed.
Thats really helpful thanks very much. =)
