For those of you who know the length of your luteal phase, has it ever changed? If so, was it +- a day or longer? I know it's pretty much suppose to stay constant.

The only reason why I ask is because with my LP being 10 days, I should have started AF today. But no signs of AF yet. Usually I get cramps in my back a few days before hand, but none of that either. Since it is impossible for me to be pg this month, confused with what's going on.

Your luteal phase should be pretty constant from month to month. However, it can change by a day or so in either direction. If you are just off BCP, it may take a few cycles to determine your luteal phase length as well as cycle length.

Erika,

I had two cycles with 12LP and my last cycle was 14LP? Unless I O'd later than FF says I guess LP can change. I have heard they don't change much though. I'm still stumpted on this one.

Goodluck!

In the 5 months I've been charting, I've had 1-15, 1-11, 2-13 and one yet to be determined. The 15 and 11 might have been because I had stopped nursing a couple months before, so maybe this month will be 13, too. However, for half a day I thought it was 9 because AF came and then left. If your LP is typically 10 days, perhaps it's trying to lengthen some more? Are you taking any vitamins that might do that, such as B6?

Good luck

Nope, not taking anything. I've been off bcp for 4 mos, but perhaps it's still having an effect.

If it does get longer, that's fine with me...I won't be complaining.
