Good morning!

I finished taking my first round of Clomid last night! YAY!

I am charting this month for the first time and have a question...

I read that you need to have at least 3 consecutive hours of sleep a night to take your temp. Well, that really doesnt happen with me because I am up and down to the potty all night every night. I have a fibroid that puts a little pressure on my bladder and when I lay down it gives me the urge to pee anytime I have anything in my bladder. (TMI)

I take my temp when my alarm goes off, so I am at least taking it at the same time every day, but I am wondering if I am wasting my time????

Anyone have a hard time getting an accurate temp like me?

I am attaching a link to my chart for anyone who would like to see it! LOL

Thanks!!

Stephanie

Steph!

I am the queen of erratic sleeping patterns and waking times, and I have found that I still get a fairly clear rise in temps. I try to take it at the same time, but I find it difficult because my husband is like you (small bladder syndrome), and I wake up when he gets up. I think it is just the overall pattern you need to be concerned about, and you should make notes that you woke up early/did not get 3 hours etc, so you can recognize out of wack temps.

I agree- just keep temping as best you can- getting up to go potty during the night is not going to throw your temps off too dramatically. You should still be getting the temp shift at "o" which is all that matters.
