Checking CP

This is my first cycle charting, temping, etc. and I have gone all out in this process. I even started checking my CP, which I was a little squeamish about at first. I just wanted to say that I am amazed at the differences I have felt in my CP over the last couple of weeks. It took me a few days to "calibrate" my checks and discriminate the difference between low/high and soft/firm. But, now I can see a big difference between CP at O time and post-O. I have had trouble describing CM and am always skeptical of my temp readings. However, the CP changes are much more noticeable and much closer to "what to expect" according to the literature. So, for those of you who would like another method to confirm your data, I would definitely recommend diving into this process. It does feel a little weird at first, but I feel like I know my body so much better now. Good luck and hope this helps.

Would you mind looking at a post I have under Waiting to O ? I would really like your opinion :)
Thanks so much!

I tried that once. But didn't do it again, little embarrassed. But I think I will next cycle. Especially since DH says no OPKs! LOL. I got a little obsessed this past month.

Hi Janie- just poking in to wish you luck and hoping you won't need to be checking cp and cm next
Thanks Connie! I think you posted them somewhere else on the board last week. I really enjoyed reading them. Very interesting. Congratulations again on your BFP!!!
