What is coQ10?

Coenzyme Q10. It's a supplement.
From the mayo clinic website:
Increasing sperm count (idiopathic spermatozoa)
There is early evidence that supports the use of CoQ10 in the treatment of increasing sperm count and motility.

ETA- your pups are so cute!
I'm in class so I am not able to look at the site at the moment, but the supplements can you buy at a store or do I need to get them from his doctor?.
I haven't used it myself, but I'm pretty sure its a supplement you can just get at the drugstore.
