MY RE’s SPERM ENHANCEMENT PROTOCOL:
no smoking-limit hot toubs -limit briefs-limit exposure to hazardous chemicals
take coQ10 75 mg in the morning up to 150 mg/day
-vit c 200 mg in morning
-vit E 200 mg daily in morning
-L carnitine 1 gram in am and pm
pycogenol 100 mg in morning
coQ10 75 mg in morning (can take up to 150 per day)


What is coQ10?

Coenzyme Q10. It's a supplement.


From the mayo clinic website:


Increasing sperm count (idiopathic spermatozoa)

There is early evidence that supports the use of CoQ10 in the treatment of increasing sperm count and motility.

I'm in class so I am not able to look at the site at the moment, but the supplements can you buy at a store or do I need to get them from his doctor?.

I haven't used it myself, but I'm pretty sure its a supplement you can just get at the drugstore.
