OK - help me please -

Everything I read says recomends using OPK sometime in the afternoon after holding urine for 3 - 4 hours. Good Luck for me on that one - as I'm a coffee fanatic in the morning and also been dieting and drinking a ton of H2O.

I started testing on CD10 w/my OPK - and reread instructions and they say most women test with FMU and that is OK - so I switched from about 11:30am test time to about 8:30 - 9:00 am test time.

It's now CD15 with no positive results - do you think I'll ever get a + using FMU? God, this is so stressful. I also ran out of OPK and picked up a package on Answer OPK's today - anyone ever use these?

TIA -

I haven't used the Answer, but I've used the ClearBlue Easy. Testing later in the day gives you a chance to pick up the LH surge quicker, since it tends to occur in the morning and takes a few hours to show up in your urine. FMU shouldn't miss it completely, however, since it should be around for at least 24 hours. I would continue testing, since you're bound to have a peak sometime. HTH and GL!

Last month I used OPK's for the first time. I didn't realize that you weren't supposed to use FMU at the time. Every day I used them I did use FMU. I did get a positive, so I think you should be okay.
